William hill your customer service absolutely sucks. I have been unable to message/ email you to lodge a complaint about your payment process at one of your shops. In trying to help get my winnings I most stupidly offered to have the money put on to my debit card as said shop had no money to pay. By no money it could not cover 1 ticket for £50 Only after the tickets were being processed was I informed that payment would take up to 5 working days to clear. So that means potentially 1 whole week to settle.this is simply not acceptable . Instant payments are part of everyday life so as a company you should be at the forefront of this not at the rear holding what’s not yours.

I wanted an ante post bet on the 2026 Greyhound Derby so I went into my local WH shop.The greyhound’s odds have been on Oddschecker for five weeks.The staff member couldn’t find and odds. I asked him to ring their trader to find out if the shops were taking bets on this event.He would not do so.(there was no other customer in the shop) So I sent an email to customer services asking them if they could ask their trader. Eight days went by so I emailed them again and in response they told me I had to wait until the trader responded to my email. A further ten days have gone by and still there’s no response.I do not appreciate being ignored in this way. So I was unable to place my £50ew bet and they have lost a customer because there is no way I will bet with William Hill again.
