    How to File a Complaint Against BETDAQ (UK Process)

    If anything is wrong with your issue and standard support does not fix it, BETDAQ's complaints procedure is easy, but it does require patience. From the point of view of Betdaq's own terms of use (section 11), here is a guide to the complaints process:

    Contact Support: You can contact support using live chat (within the mobile app) or email helpdesk@BETDAQ.com. Clearly state your issue and include relevant dates, times, and reference numbers i.e. bet ID or transaction ID.

    Give Evidence: Attach screenshots or other documents (i.e. bank statement for withdrawal issues). BETDAQ may ask to dig deeper into the matter, which will pause their time clock of eight weeks in which to resolve the issue until you respond.

    Wait for a Response: BETDAQ states that they will reply within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your complaint and that they will aim to resolve the complaint within eight weeks. You should receive a full formal satisfied response via email.

    Ask for Internal Review: If you do not like the outcome, you have the option to seek a further internal review to be conducted by a senior manager, but you must request this within the first eight weeks. Provide any further evidence to BETDAQ that you may have.

    Go to IBAS: After eight weeks, or if you reach a deadlock situation, you can escalate the matter to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) which you can find at www.ibas-uk.com. You will need to submit all correspondence and evidence you have had with BETDAQ using their online form.

    Alderney Option: For non-UK residents, you can contact the Alderney Gambling Commission at www.gamblingcontrol.org.
