Exclusive: West Bromwich Albion Eye Will Still Swoop as Pressure Mounts on Eric Ramsay

West Brom could see former boss Will Still managing against brother Ed Still in the SkyBet Championship as they consider axing Eric Ramsay. Ramsay's future hangs in the balance after recent defeats, with Will Still being considered as interim boss. Ralph Hasenhuttl is also being considered.

Will Still could be managing against brother Ed Still in the SkyBet Championship before the end of the season, SportsBoom can reveal.

The odds have shortened dramatically as West Brom contemplate the future of boss Eric Ramsay.

The Baggies are already looking at axing the former Manchester United first team coach after a 2-0 defeat to leaders Coventry on Saturday.

And they will surely do so if they are humbled by Charlton at the Hawthorns on Tuesday night.

Former Minnesota United boss Ramsay is already under intense pressure and the gamble of hiring him to replace Ryan Mason looking increasingly doomed to failure.

The one-time Manchester United first team coach has lost five of the eight games he’s been in charge for and drawn the other three.

There are real fears West Brom could drop into the third tier for the first time since the 1992-1993 campaign.

They are 21st in the table, one point off the bottom three with 13 games to play.

One of those is at home in April to Watford now managed by Ed Still.

Our sources have been told younger brother Will is looking for a quick return to management after his time in charge at Southampton was cut short last November.

Still, who made his name in France with Reims and Lens, was removed from post after only five months in the hot seat.

However, West Brom are understood to be considering him as interim boss if they do pull the trigger on Ramsay’s disappointing reign.

Sean Dyche was understood to be their top target, but there is a chance he could make an emotional return to Burnley

Still became the youngest coach in Europe's top five leagues when appointed by Reims in October 2022.

Will and Ed’s younger brother, Nicholas, is currently assistant manager at Belgian side, Club Brugge.

The Baggies are also interested in another former Saints chief, Ralph Hasenhuttl, on a short-term basis should they part company with Ramsay.
