Exclusive: Everton Wonderkid Harrison Armstrong on Radar of Premier League Rivals
Teenage Everton talent Harrison Armstrong is catching the eye of Premier League rivals Leeds United and Burnley while on loan at Preston North End. Everton boss David Moyes believes regular game time in the Championship will help the 18-year-old grow and develop as a player. Armstrong's contract with Everton expires next June, and the club is considering offering him a new deal.

Teenage star Harrison Armstrong is being courted by two Premier League rivals, SportsBoom can exclusively reveal.
The 18-year-old Everton midfielder is dazzling on loan at Championship club Preston North End this season.
And his starring performances have not gone unnoticed by Leeds United and Burnley, both of whom have identified the youngster as a potential star for the future.
Armstrong, who spent over a decade learning his craft in Everton’s junior and academy system, impressed on loan at Derby County last season as they dug deep to avoid relegation from the second tier.
And this season Moyes was happy for Armstrong to join the Lilywhites on a season-long loan deal, working closely under and learning from experienced boss Paul Heckingbottom.
“I could have kept Harrison but I didn't know if he was ready to be a starter yet,” admitted Moyes.
"He did well at Derby, so I'm hoping that he can do the same for Preston. I actually thought that another 15, 20 games in the Championship would be another stage. He's 18 years old."
TIME TO GROW
“There's one or two very talented 17-year-old players playing in the Premier League at the moment but, in the main, he's young for a midfield player. He's still got a bit of physical attributes to grow into."
"So, I'm hoping that Preston's a good base for him. I believe it is, and he gets some game time and comes back stronger again."
“He's stepping up now, because I think when you're playing and you're around the first teams and whatnot, you're getting recognised more."
"The national teams want to know that their boys are getting games, and it looks like he's going to get some more game time.”
Armstrong is under contract with the Toffees until next June, but the club are continuing to monitor his progress with the view to a new deal.
However, the Merseyside outfit know they will likely have to move quick with rival clubs already looking at securing his signature.
