Niccolò Pisilli is one of the most impressive academy products AS Roma has produced in recent years.

The young Italian midfielder has come onto the radar of multiple clubs in Italy and across Europe, thanks to the maturity and consistency he has shown in Serie A this season.

According to SportsBoom, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are showing serious interest in Pisilli.

In addition, Juventus are emerging as a powerful rival from within Serie A itself.

Tottenham: Roberto De Zerbi's Midfield Plan

Tottenham's interest carries real weight.

Roberto De Zerbi is building a system rooted in high pressing and rapid transition play. Pisilli's profile aligns extremely well with that philosophy.

His ball-winning ability, quick decision-making, and physical resilience are precisely the qualities De Zerbi demands of his midfield players.

Spurs have identified strengthening the centre of the pitch as their primary objective this summer.

According to sources close to SportsBoom, Tottenham have added Pisilli to the list of names being seriously assessed for that position, and internal evaluations are ongoing.

And with recent January signing Conor Gallagher already being linked with a move away to Newcastle, Pisilli could be a like-for-like replacement.

The €35 million asking price sits within a financially accessible range for Spurs. The real question is not convincing Roma at that price it is getting ahead of the competition.

Newcastle United: Howe's Midfield Search

Newcastle United's entry into the race adds a second major Premier League heavyweight to the pursuit.

The squad structure Eddie Howe has built brings the need for dynamic, hardworking midfielders back onto the agenda every single season. Pisilli's profile directly answers that need.

A player who fulfils defensive duties without compromise while also contributing in attack could sit right at the heart of Howe's system.

Given the financial appetite Newcastle have shown in recent years, the €35 million figure does not represent an insurmountable barrier for this club.

SportsBoom can exclusively reveal that Newcastle have been monitoring Pisilli closely, and internal discussions about a potential approach have already begun. The ambitious project being constructed on Tyneside offers an attractive platform for Pisilli's career development.

Juventus: The Threat From Within Italy

Juventus represent the most intriguing dimension of this race.

The Italian giants are tracking Pisilli closely, and their presence within Serie A adds a completely different dynamic to the picture. Juventus's involvement proves that the player commands enormous value within his own country as well.

Turin's financial capacity is sufficient to meet the €35 million asking price.

According to sources close to SportsBoom, Juventus are taking this file seriously and are edging closer to preliminary contact with Pisilli's representatives. This internal Italian competition strengthens Roma's hand considerably. When multiple clubs sit down at the table, the price only moves upward. Roma will exploit that dynamic to the fullest.

If we were hedging our bets right now, Tottenham feels like the most natural fit for Niccolò Pisilli given Roberto De Zerbi’s tactical demands and Spurs’ midfield priorities.
