Bristol City are one of a number of clubs running the rule over John Yeboah, SportsBoom can exclusively reveal.
The Championship Robins endured a miserable winter transfer window as they sold talisman Anis Mehmeti to promotion contenders Ipswich Town and academy product Zak Vyner, who had spent over two decades at Ashton Gate, to fellow play-off rivals Wrexham.
Our sources understand City bosses are lining up their summer targets as they look to rebuild this summer.
Wing wizard Yeboah, 25, has caught the attention of a number of clubs in Europe having impressed for Serie B outfit Venezia this term.
The Ecuador international has scored eight goals and provided six assists in 21 league appearances this term.

Yeboah, who signed for the club for €2.5million 18 months ago, is under contract with Venezia until 2028.
It is understood there are also clubs in Germany, who he has played previously for VfL Wolfsburg, and the Netherlands who are also interested the player’s signature.

Yeboah has regularly moved around during his career, which started in Germany.
He had a spell in the Netherlands with Willem II before finding success in Poland.
